Yum! Hubby and I both enjoyed these very much served on hoagie buns. We have tried using green and black olives and definitely prefer the green.

The only thing i changed was to kick up the hummus a bit, more garlic, and spice, but otherwise this sandwich is unique and very very satisfying.Thanks Much!!
