Inspired by a Mexican favorite, grilled fish tacos have a creamy dressing spiked with lime juice, cumin, chili powder, and adobo sauce from zesty chipotle peppers. Garnished with tomatoes, cilantro, shredded cabbage, and lime wedges, these tacos are guaranteed delicious.

My husband and I loved this! I couldn't find Adobo sauce so I got some Adobo seasoning and added that to the sour cream along with about 1/2 cup chicken stock and 1/8 cup white vinegar and it turned out wonderfully.

This was absolutely delicious. It was easier to make than I thought it would be and the whole family loved it.

Sorry since everyone else seemed to love this but the marinade was incredibly bland!!! I marinated my tilapia for 24 hours and the fish had no flavor! Also, as per other reviewers the sauce is very hot...

This is the best fish I had ever had. This will definatly be my go-to recipe for fish tacos. I used whole wheat tortillas and made a fresh mango salsa on the side.

These were pretty good but the dressing was a bit strong. Once we added more fresh lime juice it was balanced nicely.

This was fabulous and my whole family and even my in-laws LOVED it!!! The only thing I would do different next time is cut the adobo sauce in half because the sauce was way too spicy for us. I even put in double the sour cream so it made a lot more but still cut down on the spice to it. I switched out the shredded lettuce with a cole slaw mix. We also added jasmine rice as a side dish to put in or on the side and served with yellow corn tortilla chips (this is how they serve the fish tacos at my restuarant)!!! Overall delicious and we will definitely be making it again!

This was fantastic! I made it for a large group and I could have used more! The marinade is really good, I will use it often for fish. I left the adobo sauce out of the dressing since we are wimpy when it comes to spicy stuff! Thanks!

The marinade is what makes the recipe special. I used it, cooked my fish exactly as instructed. But I added roasted veggies, cabbage, and a cilantro table cream topping made with table cream, cilantro, serrano peppers and tomatillo peppers.

The fish marinade was fantastic! I used only 1/4 cup sour cream and a couple tablespoons adobo sauce and still had some left over. The sauce was too spicy and I would reduce the amount of adobo sauce next time. A definate keeper!

Not bad fish tacos. Loved the sauce, but there was too much of it. Felt like it went to waste. I baked the fish as I don't have a grill, but I think it would be better grilled.

I was really expecting something delicious. It was alot of work - marinate, slicing cabbage etc and was disappointing.

This recipe was pretty good, but the sauce was not all that great. It was too smokey for my liking.

The marinade was very good - I didn't have a lot of time for it to marinade (just a couple hours), so I also decided to just bake it in the marinade. I didn't use the Old Bay since I didn't have any, but I did use a seafood spiced salt we had. For the dressing, I only made half (and still have some left over) and cut back on the chipotle adobo sauce. I had red cabbage, so I used that - it really adds a nice crunch to the tacos :) I also added some thinly sliced avacado - yum :) I also didn't sut it up beforehand and just used the spatula to break it up and I too used fat free sour cream.

We loved this! It was very fresh tasting, the lime in it was delicious. I used mahi mahi and only marinated it for a few minutes. Topped it with fresh guacamole and a side of sweet potato fries and watermelon. I will be making this again

These fish tacos were great! I used Mahi-mahi and grilled the fillets after marinating. I cut back on the adobo sauce after reading previous reviews, and doubled the amount of sour cream. Dressing was still pretty spicy, but the tacos were a big hit!

Let me say that the SAUCE IS AWESOME! However, my family didn't care for the marinade/fish. Also, to make things easy, I used prepared broccoli slaw for topping instead of the cabbage.
