EASY! DELICIOUS! I used turkey instead of ground beef, substituted 4 cloves fresh minced garlic for garlic salt, and I also used 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 can rotel's tomatos and jalepenos in lieu of the tomato sauce..perfect!

WOW! I wish that I had seen this recipe years ago, as it's so much easier (and tastier) than others! I used a jar of lower sodium organic salsa, chilli powder, fresh mushrooms, a can of low sodium mixed beans, and a can of diced tomatoes. Yummy and most importantly EASY (especially for those of us with kids!!)

This chili is SO SO SO good! My husband won't normally eat anything that has beans in it and he loves this. It is also very easy to make!
