The classic combination of beef and onions comes together again in the hearty slow cooked meal.

1 tablespoon olive oil
3 1/2 - 4 pounds trimmed beef chuck roast, cut into cubes
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 cups water
1 large onion, chopped
4 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 (16 ounce) can BUSH’S
®
Kidney Beans, drained
Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Brown beef completely.
Combine beef (with pan juices), soup mix, water and vegetables in slow cooker. Top with beans.
Cover and cook 4-6 hours on low.
