A hearty combination of beans, corn, tomatoes, and taco seasonings, slow cooked with shredded chicken. Deliciously finished, if you like, with Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips. Made mostly of canned ingredients, this tasty soup let's the slow cooker do the work so you don't have to!

real crowd pleaser. I use chicken broth instead of the beer because of the bitterness.

This soup is awesome. I cook mine on the stove for several hours instead of the slow cooker. I do not use the beer instead I use chicken broth. This is my all time favorite recipe. Makes plenty! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME.

Yum. We actually haven't made it in a crock pot yet, since we didn't prepare ahead of time. We just cooked on the stove. We substitute chicken base and water for the beer. Whole family likes it.

This was great! I made it on the stove top because I couldn't wait to try it. I added some chicken bouillon and some garlic, Next time I will definitely try in the slow cooker.

Made this for new years eve for this large family. Wasn't sure the kids would like it so we ordered pizza for the kids. Well...lots of leftover pizza and no Chicken Taco Soup left.

This was delicious. I followed the suggestion of one reviewer and put my chicken breasts in frozen, then let it cook for 9 hours. The chicken pretty much fell apart. I put cheese on it, but my husband didn't. We both liked it, which is good because it made a lot. My kids liked it too even though it was a little spicy.

This recipe is fabulous! So easy & so delicious. I read several reviews & decided to cook it for 8-10 hours & the chicken just fell apart. We are a spice loving crowd so I added fresh jalapeños (as well as spicy versions of the taco seasoning & diced tomatoes & chilies) & it was terrific. My family ate every bite & wanted more!

My boyfriend and I love spicy so I too used "fiesta corn". I also used HOT taco seasoning and it did not need anymore seasonings in my opinion. I didn't add any garlic or anything and it was really flavorful. This was awesome. I'll be making it again for sure!

This is so easy and delicious. We added a spoonful of queso in a jar instead of sour cream and it made it cheesy and creamy. Great recipe!

I reduced my chicken down to two breasts and used my own, home-made taco seasoning. We have a family member on a lower-sodium diet, so this taco seasoning helps cut that down. 2 T Chili Powder, 1.5 T ground Cumin, 1 T dried Oregano, 1 T ground Coriander, 1.5 tsp Garlic Powder and 1/4 tsp Ground Red Pepper. This can also be used by placing that amount with 1/2 cup water for each pound of ground beef. Great flavor and soooooo easy!!
