Spiced up tomatoes, black beans, and corn are the colorful components of this zesty salsa!

  • 1 (15 ounce) can BUSH’S® Black Beans, rinsed and drained*
  • 1 (8 ounce) can shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes (basil, garlic, oregano flavored)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Ro-tel diced tomatoes
  • 8 ounces Italian dressing
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium jalapeno, chopped
 
  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 1 1/2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
NOTE
* 1 can (15.8 ounces) BUSH’S® Blackeye Peas can also be substituted.

Black bean salsa with Italian dressing to add its spices? Really? Salsa usually implies Hispanic spices, not Italian.

This is the BEST Black bean salsa ever! I use a red onion when making mine it adds more color to to a alreday colorful dish. This is so easy and but so very tasty! Make it the day before you serve it and it is even better. Everyone you serve it to will LOVE it!
