Love this chili. I followed the recipe exactly the first time but since then double or triple the amount of seasoning as we like it extra spicy. Tried it with beef, was ok, but prefer it with turkey.
This is a good recipe to start with if you are trying to figure out what kind of chili fits your family... make your tweaks based on this recipe. My husband wants to double the beans (and don't mash them) and reduce the tomatoes in half. There are not a lot of other "flavors" going on in this chili... other than chili.
