Honey, soy sauce, pepper and garlic make a terrific marinade and basting sauce for chicken chunks grilled on skewers with your favorite vegetables - try onion, bell peppers, tomatoes, or mushrooms. Serve with BUSH’S® Homestyle Baked Beans

This is the best recipe I've found on Allrecipes. I haven't had to change a THING!!! The chicken is SO tender and juicy... falls apart in your mouth. UNBELIEVABLE. I agree. 5++++++

These are very good. We always add more honey since we like them sweet.

Reminds us of the yummy chicken we have at the Chinese place in our local mall's food court -- only better!! Yummy indeed!

This was a very good marinade. I just used halved chicken breasts, marinated for 4 hours, and grilled just the way they were. Since I wasnt skewering with the vegetables, I added finely minced onion and garlic to the marinade. So good, and very easy. thanks!

So good! I burned mine slightly, and they still tasted great! Even my sister who doesn't care for chicken ate them!

Easy to make and absolutely delicious! I added 1/4 cup of honey in addition, and 2 teaspoons of brown sugar to the recipe and my family could not get enough!

As is I give it a 3 but could be tweaked. I think you need a lot more veggies. The smaller you cut the chicken the tastier it is.

Absolutely delicious! The only change I made was I used extra virgin olive oil instead of veg. oil because that's all I had. I only let it marinate for about 30 minutes, I think the basting towards the end is more important than the marinating. I used chicken, red pepper, onion, and pineapple. Definitely a keeper!

This is the best marinade I've found for chicken so far. It works well with pork too. I also tried it with beef, which was good but it didn't soak up as much flavor. I only marinated for about 4-5 hours and they had plenty of flavor. But next time I will marinate longer.

Very good. Usually find kabobs to be on the dry side, but each time we've done these, they haven't been, and they have a good flavor. I like to be able to marinate it for 5 hours plus. We use mushrooms, onions, sweet peppers, chicken, and cherry tomatoes (tried pineapple once and didn't care for). 3 big breasts can make 10-12 skewers. My husband isn't the biggest fan, however, made for my 20+ family this summer and got rave reviews.

This was awesome!!!! I only marinated for about 45 mins and it was still great. I'm looking forward to tasting it after marinating overnight. I used a garlic press to mince the garlic instead of adding it whole. It releases more of the garlic flavor. Can't wait to make this again!

Instead of making kabobs we split the chicken in the 2 inch wide chicken breast strips, served on top of rice. SOO good! I only wish I made more sauce next time I'll make double and put half on the stove with a little corn starch to thicken. It's like a sweet teriyaki. Delectable!

I had this recipe at a friend's house over the summer and LOVED it! I made it for a Games Night dinner we had a month ago and there wasn't any chicken left! Great recipe and it smells amazing while grilling!

Fantastic and easy to make!!! I have made a few changes, extra virgin olive oil, and more honey. I made two separate marinades, on for the meat and one for the veggies and then you can use the veggie one while cooking them for basting. We have made them several times now and everytime we have run out and people are wanting more. We also tripled the batch because of the number of people we made them for.

I doubled the marinade to have enough for my veggies as well. The taste was nice and light but kind of bland - I only marinated everything for three hours though. Next time I make it I will try marinating longer and maybe adding more spices.
